warships / boats ‒ 20 (+0),
submarines - 1 (+0),
vehicles and fuel tanks – 9658 (+34),
special equipment ‒ 1032 (+13).

I don't recall seeing it higher for vehicles combined, but they did recently post slightly over 1000 personnel.
