Russian-controlled Dnipro River

That is a really odd way to describe a river where Ukraine outright controls ~2/3rds of it and for the other ~1/3rd Ukraine and Russia each control opposite banks.

They meant Ruscist-controlled bank of the Dnipro river, as they describe in the article. The mighty Dnipro river is indeed free :-)
