The fact there was a cock growing there at some point. The body is male, i couldnt get myself to sleep with that person. I'm fine with them being around as a friend/neighbour or whatever role they fill, but i couldn't form any real romantic relationship if i know the person was born with a penis.

No I think this genuinely comes from a fear of trans people. Transphobia. But since you're being honest and good faith, and not hateful about it, I can see why it's confusing to be called transphobic.

I feel the same about sleeping with men. I guess it's the same feeling homosexuals feel about sleeping with people of the opposite gender. I just can't bring myself to do it.
