So I grew up in the bay area and I watched ALL three Raider Suoerbowl victoies in real time (live) on a 13 inch Sony TV

I also watched Montana and Young kick ass in SF for decades..and it was great football.

I love the Raiders...and all of our Raider Nation 4 ever

Here's my point.

The vast majority of fans, of eifher team, that I meet, will ruthlessly talk shit about the other team

WHY ?

AFC/NFC

They have ONLY faced each other 15 times and have Never played in a Superbowl matchup

It's apparently a Bay Area thing. I'm from the East Coast so I never fully understood it.

I went to middle school with both fan bases. Middle schoolers could be very mean and petty.

Oh, I get that. I'm a Red Sox fan and there are a lot of Yankee fans in MA. So, the rivalry in the 90s/2000s was REAL lol.
