Pretty sure most coins aren't magnetic so the reaction would be much more underwhelming than shown here, the coins on their own though would very likely obstruct your intestines.
Think they'll still heat up from eddy currents and feel a force from the changing magnetic field?

Nickel is magnetic and makes up a portion of US coinage. Coins are affected by magnets. Pennies are copper wrapped zinc tho.
