This is so easy. Basically 2 passes and a Lille player is one on one vs the GK. Bad awareness by the CB to push out when the assister receives the ball cause it opens up all the space behind him for David. But of course this goal is not only his fault, all 4 Lyon midfielders are within the space of 10 square meters which leaves everything else wide open and yet they still can't win the ball but allow the pass to the free man.
