I was wondering if it was normal to have 20 active/in queue. I recently had a huge malware problem on my network and I'm trying to figure out what happened.

Please let me know if there's anything sus I should check for on my modem/router.

Sorry for late reply. The router is so old that the company that made it doesn't exist anymore. It belongs to family, so I have no power or say on what happens to it and I'm not taken seriously.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. In Qos, I mean it says it has: 20 queue active and 20 rules active.

No idea what it means, tbh but there is no firmware upgrade that exists fot the thing. It's only about 5 years old.
