It's not modded Minecraft, but close enough that I figure it falls under the "somewhat related" rule:

I've been playing Vintage Story recently, which is a standalone game spun off from the Terrafirmacraft Minecraft mod. Would highly recommend if you're into block games. It takes Minecraft in a more survival-oriented direction that no mod aside from Terrafirmacraft really ever did.

I've heard of Vintage Story. It looks neat but I never got around to trying it. And yeah, any Minecraft-esque game is fair as far as I'm concerned since this is a community centered on modded Minecraft and not just Minecraft itself.
