I am talking about this feature:

I just got a new monitor, and I've noticed that I have to zoom in a lot closer to actually see the quantity of items.

Is there any mod/setting that allows me to fix this?

If it's because it's too small so you can't read it you can change the ui scale in the game settings

no it's that I have to zoom in really far for it to appear at all
