Costco workers in Norfolk have unionised and Costco are seething.

Costco has a reputation for treating workers well and compensating fairly, union or not.

Only because Price Club was already unionized and CostCo didn't want it spreading to other stores when they merged in the 90s.

It's always been the threat of unionization keeping CostCo a decent job.
Unionization has always been a boon to all workers, in and outside the union.
