Bit off topic, but reminds me of ocean acidification absorbing a lot of CO2 in earlier years, meaning the CO2 blanket didn't thicken as much as we expected it to at the time. Except that effect is over and it now just builds up in the atmosphere

I do worry about the world as it'll exist for my kids. ๐Ÿ˜”
