uBlock Origin doesn't always block YouTube's new pop-ups, and I actually have grown used to not having stuff synced to my Google account. I like it. I don't have to worry as much about Google tracking my viewing history.

Edit: Also, besides, it doesn't support the newest YouTube app version for non-rooted devices.
