It's posted to a German pun sub, where else would it make sense. If you want an explanation, Schabe, the cockroach could also be a mumbled "ich habe". So it says Schabe keinen Bock auf Nazis, I don't like Nazis. There are big protests against the Nazis/AFD Party in Germany since they held a meeting, planning to deport everyone not German enough.
