I'm surprised that I need to do this but ok. Read the rest of Macron's quote in the image OP posted. He does not blame video games for the riots. From the articles translation, his quote was
That comment does not blame video games for the riots like the title of this post and the title of the article say. This is a clickbait article and the post didn't even have a link. Why aren't people reading before they up vote?
