Update to Lemmy v0.18 (news.cosocial.ca)

The news.cosocial.ca server is now updated to Lemmy v0.18. Changes are described in the release announcement

I did hit the server error and set icon to null to fix from using ansible to deploy.

There is 2fa support, but it doesn't work like I expected it to.

Here is a post that describes how to set this up with 1Password.

TLDR, rather than clicking on the button for 2fa link, which will open passwords on MacOS, copy the button link and paste it into a new OTP field in your 1Password entry for CoSocial News.

it also doesn't work with certain authenticators, such as Authy, I believe, because it uses a SHA256 hash algorithm, which isn't widely supported.
