Russia is the one on the clock. Their demands only get weaker as sanctions strangle their economy and more high-tech weapons flow into Ukraine. It's clear their timeline of the invasion has been greatly frustrated. "Over by Christmas" they always say.

Hahahaha. The only ones who are destroying their economy with the sanctions are Europeans. Russia will keep trading with China, India, and most of the world really. Western countries dont matter that much anymore.
