Oh you don't see the image? Bummer. It's a grasshopper or something.similar. Seems to have legged it out the window but could still be camouflaged against the houseplants somewhere.

(I did end up seeing the little critter by viewing the post directly on aus.social.)

And I just learnt some rellos from overseas are visiting in the next couple of weeks, so I had the other (human) kind of visitor on my mind.
