I mean, if you want to got with LineageOS just search for one that they support (and that will have at least 2 or 3 years of software support) and that is moderately new. If they were released recently they will most likely have very similar components, what I would care more is a good battery and disk storage, since CPU and RAM doesn't matter that much to me on a smartphone unless you're trying to use to play video games, which most of them can run with a more or less new phone.
