It makes no sense to suspend, but at least limit that those projects are for military or mass destruction purposes.
The article doesn't say exactly what the projects are but I imagine if they were to pull out of them the space program would be liquidated.
There is the huge possibility unfortunately, but just in case there would be alternatives with NASA, SpaceX or Blue Origin sure.
