When Maggie Miller retired, she thought she'd open a daycare. She chose a restaurant instead. Her husband is a prolific cook. Even before they opened Auntie Maggie’s Caribbean Meals together, Delroy Miller’s cooking was making a name for itself at church functions in Regina.

I know this couple -- they are fantastic people and I've been very thankful over the years to get to try her cooking at various church related events.

My stomach can't really handle spice, but I'll have to give it a try when I know I've got nothing planned for the next day 🙂.
