Massive upcoming improvements. You can already switch to the RC or dev channel to test them (I have been using them on the dev channel for a while and it works great).

I am using it on a OP3 without t. Works fine for the most part. I think the OP3t is very similar in that regard.

That is such a broad question. For me yes, but for others probably not.
