The Art of Fallout 4 appears to be a physical artbook. That itself doesn't do it? Like, you're wanting stuff from it just on a single, larger sheet so that you can hang it?
EDIT: Bethesda appears to sell exactly one Fallout poster in their store, of Nuka-Girl. They only do it in metal, it costs $50, and appears to be out-of-stock.

Amazon appears to have some for sale, which I assume are bootleg:

Do you just want any Fallout 4-themed poster, or specifically the shot you posted?
If you want and can get a reasonably-high-resolution scan of the stuff you have -- like, if you can run the artbook through a flatbed scanner -- I'll give a shot at running Stable Diffusion's AI upscaler on it, can maybe buy another 2x or 4x resolution increase. You could then send that to a print shop to have it printed in large format.
At the resolution you submitted, though, it's not gonna look good.
I didn't get any hits in TinEye online for the screenshot of all the images combined. You might try cropping to one image in an image editor and feeding that to TinEye.
Another option might be contacting Bethesda directly. Can't hurt. Worst case, they don't respond.
While the book is fantastic, I’d love to have these pieces poster size to hang on the wall. I was thinking of trying to enlarge it myself, but figured the size of the picture was too small for it to work well. I hadn’t thought of using an AI upscaler. I’ll see if I can hunt down a decent scanner and give it a shot. Thanks!
I have Gigapixel if that's of use?
