I bought it for winter riding but it turned out to be too much fun so now my trusty hard tail spends most of it's days in the shed hoping for a snapped derailleur or something.

Do you miss front suspension?

Yes and no. The plushy tires roll really smoothly over rocks and roots but suspension fork absolutely gives you a significantly smoother ride overall. Ofcourse a suspension fat-tire fork would give you the best of both worlds.

However my riding style has always been more towards the slow and technical side so the lack of suspension isn't really an issue. Also one less part to maintain. I might still upgrade the fork at some point but dropper post first.
