Lmao, why do you even need to verify your humanity?
I guess a lot of robots are trying to watch old Netflix series? 🤷
Hmmm.. Maybe it's to prevent scripts from downloading / ripping content off their platform? That's the only theory I can come up with. Although if it's true, they don't do a very good job at it, considering I've seen plenty of WebDL-1080p Netflix exclusive content on torrenting platforms.
I wasn't watching on Netflix, since I canceled that a few months before and besides, afaik they haven't been allowed to stream anything Marvel since Disney bought it a while ago.
I'm guessing that the check against automation is more about avoiding bandwidth being wasted on it and possibly anti-piracy narcs use automation to not have to manually catch every unofficial streaming site 🤷
