I'm curious how many collectors-item level baseball cards were wrapped around bicycle forks with clothes-pegs in childhood to make a flappity-flap motor sound in the spokes. (sh.itjust.works)

Why not just cut a piece off an empty plastic dishwashing liquid bottle?
