i think its an important statement coming from erdogan considering his stance on sweden so far.

He is just a pos who is trying to milk the situation to his advantage. i just hope accepting Ukraine into nato aligns with whatever it is he is doing

Why would you think so? Even though Turkey is being a dick towards Sweden I can see them supporting Ukraine to join NATO (Ukraine and Turkey are having pretty good, relationships, and they'd want more allies in NATO?). It's bad towards Sweden, but Turkey usually only cares about their own interests.
