black and white 2 needs a modern remake.

Old MGS, Max Payne
Fuck yeah, Metal Gear Solid! I feel like remasters and PC ports are a no brainer. Konami has the engine Kojima did for MGS5, which I assume is what they are using to re-make 3.
Even if they end up not using fox engine, I would be really surprised if they don't add a similar control scheme to mgsv to the remake
Little Big Adventure 2 / Twinsen's Odyssey
Man, I love that game, but it has some things I'd love to see improved by a remaster.
Vagrant Story
Future Cop: LAPD
Jedi Knight 2 and Medieval 2 Total War for me
Links 2003 and Sid Meier's Sim Golf. Both with generic (non-bonesaw PGA) content :)
Spore! Prince of Persia - SOT! Simpsons Hit'n'Run!
.hack IMOQ. We got the gu remasters, now that’s all we need.
Skies of Arcadia - Would love an updated version of this on the Switch, or some other system. Especially if they can bring back Pinta's Quest, using a phone app or other small device.
Darkened Skye - Though I'm probably one of the few who actually enjoyed this.
Arcanum and Divinity II (Ego Draconis, not original sin 2)
Since we will apparently never be getting the Beyond Good and Evil 2 which has been promised and postponed I forget how many times now since 2008.... a more polished version of the original would be nice.
I'd love to see star wars republic commando as well as the Jedi knight series!
Twisted Metal 2 for PC.
I really enjoyed Sim Earth as a kid. Just give me an entire planet operating on a geological scale as a sort of "virtual terrarium", and I'll be happy.
Jak II (and probably the others after it but I haven't gotten to them yet so can't say for sure). Not Precursor Legacy though, it's perfect and nobody can tell me otherwise
Edit: jk I forgot Precursor Legacy didn't have subtitles, it could do with those.
Half Life 1 (and 2 at this point, tbh) Actually fuck it let's just re-do all the Valve Source FPS. TAKE MY MONEY
Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 would be an awesome candidate for an AOE Definitive Edition style remake where the mechanics are virtually unchanged but it's given a 3D graphics overhaul with unfixed zoom levels
Tron 2.0 but it'll never happen because it's a split timeline from Tron Legacy :[
Wasn't there a major community-made, valve sanctioned half life remake that just came out?
Edit: it's called Black Mesa
Yeah, Black Mesa. It's very well done.
Simpsons Hit and Run. So much fun.
Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2005 version) - That game would sell like hotcake if it came out again. All the recent NFS games seriously lack in story and police chases.
Witcher 1 - It might have been hinted that it's in the works!
Prince of Persia - This series is due a remaster. It would be a shame to have it forgotten (get it? The Forgotten Sands? no? ok).
They would fuck up the remake of MW so bad. If they could just slightly tweak the physics, add some small sections to the map, improve the AI drivers, and leave the gameplay otherwise alone I'd be happy. But they'd probably add the physics from heat/unbound and make it always online.
I will say pursuits in unbound are almost good. As is the story.
Also I'd be down to see a remaster of the run or a new NFS in its style, but maybe racing across Europe it was a lot of fun, it had its flaws but I think they could be addressed with a few tweaks to the formula here and there.
