Best way to take a picture of dead sub pixels on the the SD OLED LE (alien.top)

I have a dead blue subpixel and two dead green subpixels. Can't for the life of me get them to show up on camera despite them being obvious on the dead pixel checker. Any advice from those that have gone through this process?
