Def one of my fav anime, I've been waiting for Season 3 since I first watched it in 2010? 2011? And this is just as good! So excited!

Ok, why is even anime doing so many remakes? Especially for Spice and Wolf, where they did like the first 2 books of like 13? Why not do IDK book 3?
