This new farmland would replace large swaths of agricultural land in Europe and India, which would, in turn, be restored to natural habitat."

I don't think Europe or India would find "rely on food grown outside your borders" to be a tolerable state of affairs.

The generated maps have a "within national borders" redistribution also, which I think accounts for this concern?
