I've not seen a community that fits your description yet, although we're probably just not big enough for it to be needed yet. If you're looking for people to play a specific type of game with, the communities for those games / genres will probably welcome you posting about it because all the new communities want content and interaction. It's only once they grow past a certain size that they'll start to filter that stuff out and new places will be needed.

I'd do that if I had time to manage the whole community. I just don't.
That’s fair. Tbh considering how small the user base is here, running a community is practically 0 work. I have 2 or 3 I’ve created and I haven’t had to do anything yet.
