I’ve been free of Twitter, Facebook, insta, etc for years now and I promise it’s a lot more liberating.
Mood has been substantially better, sometimes you get dragged into arguments on here/Reddit too but it’s pretty unlikely to get riled up by the type of trolls you see around here given their immaturity

Welcome, im trying to be more engaged on here. It will be growing pains but we'll get there
The main thing I use Twitter for is to follow local sports and unfortunately, only one of the local reporters has a Mastodon account
same here. Deleted my twitter account today :)
I don’t use either because of the levels of invectivity of the people on said platforms..
Delete Facebook too and you are done.
