This is a new place for people coming from r/cfs.

For research, treatments, and personal stories regarding Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). ME/CFS is a multi-systemic neurological disease, distinct from chronic fatigue as a symptom.

Well – AFAIK nicotine addiction develops pretty fast. I don't know how addictive nicotine patches are to non smokers. On the other hand – if we're dependend on a treatment, being addicted to it doesn't matter as long as it works.

I found NAC to be surprisingly efficient for brain fog and the wired but tired state.

Supposedly the patches aren't addictive at all (and do nothing to cure someone from cigarette addiction). I already got addicted to nasal spray during my sickness. I'll try anything if there is a good chance it can give me relieve.
