Interesting because of (planned) features, low server resource use and no build in web-app approach.

FYI. GoToSocial is built on top of Go-Fed and the developer @tobi is in their Matrix room at: https://matrix.to/#/#go-fed:feneas.org

Sorry I don't think there is yet. Early in development and not really the focus of this project.

So this is a Mastodon but it's written in Go? So more lightweight than pleroma?

I don't think there is a big intrinsic difference between Erlang (Pleroma) and Go. It should be pretty comparable to Pleroma (without Pleroma-FE) most likely.
