Gotta establish dominance in a way only a cat understands.
Never get into a two front war. They'll outflank you in a heartbeat and you'll be tossing out floor food and going for the stain remover.
This is why you never let them realise human food tastes good.
But it also smells good. They don't have to taste it to want to taste it.

I think it's OK for orange ones (source: Garfield). 😂 Actually, isn't there a lot of cheese in lasagna? Thought dairy wasn't great for cats (OK for kittens), no?
The bechamel sauce might be the biggest issue.
ricotta, mozzarella. maybe some parm. At least, for the kind mom makes. there's different variations, like lasagna bolognese which use bechamel
I found this recipe to be a massive hit. though. confession time. I added ricotta anyhow. (Okay. so I like ricotta. I probably like ricotta a little too much. it's my favorite part in lasagna. )

Unless the cat is lactose intolerant, they won't likely suffer any significant health effects. Anecdotally speaking, my cats have not cared much for tomato based foods. My ex used to feed them bits of our human food to satisfy their curiosity. They'd eat the meat and cheese out of it and leave the pasta bits alone.
