Best for what? What do you value? Do you mean an instance to create an account on or a server to host an instance one?
My advice is that if you want to keep it for a long time, pick one that is stable and not just a niche one hosted by an individual hobbyist. The first instance I picked (due to upload size and open registration) closed without notice and if I didn't have them saved I would have lost a few videos.
