I recently did some upgrades to my PC. One of them was an MSI Pro B550M motherboard, which OpenRGB detects all the RGB/ARGB headers for. I have an ARGB fan controller/hub plugged into an ARGB header on the motherboard, but I can't get OpenRGB to affect it, not even Mystic Light. Does anybody know why?

ARGB hubs, splitters, etc. are not directly detected or controlled by OpenRGB. From a software perspective, ARGB header is an output only, so you tell it how many LEDs are attached and it just spews out data. Hubs and splitters just repeat that signal to multiple chains of ARGB LEDs which all then receive the same set of data. I do not recommend using ARGB hubs or splitters as you cannot independently control each connected device, they just all mirror the same pattern.
