Updating account doesn’t fix anything. Unable to post, comment, upvote or downvote. Says “Not logged in” despite being able to see my inbox and all subscribed communities.

Have you tried a reinstall? We have fixed these issues in the upcoming build but a reinstall should fix it for now.

Can't post comment in fountain pen community, get "language not allowed" error, is it memmy, communities or instances fault?
I’ve just started using Memmy and it’s a great app. But I can’t figure out how to pin posts on the community I mod.

This one for example, can you click the links in the post, the ones that are in the list?
Did you manage to replicate the issue?
Does 2FA not work with Memmy? When trying to log in the screen advances past my username and password after entering it, but then I receive a pop-up error saying I have to enter my token with no place to actually enter it, and I’m just returned back to the join or login screen.
EDIT: Seems to be working now and I’m receiving the token field.
This happening to me right now also, do you know how you got it to work?
I didn’t actually change anything. I just went back to it later on to try one more time, and the field popped up for me. Maybe it’s related to some of these ongoing authentication issues that have been happening on lemmy.world.
Tried to delete my account because I didn’t know I could just retype my password.

Idk if this warrants its own post, but is anyone else getting a language_not_allowed error when making a post? I can’t tell if it’s an error with my titles or if it’s just a quirk with the app.

Ah! Thanks for this. I tried everything except this! :)
I don’t see it mentioned in the release notes, but I can confirm Memmy now downloads images to share them directly instead of sending a link.
