I need some expertise and advice. On the basis that RFI, dirty power and DC is bad for sound amplifiers and HT tech in general, the supply needs cleaning or 'conditioning'.

  1. What is the best ''bang per buck' solution ?
  2. Can a separate 'DC block' be connected between wall outlet and a mains conditioner multi strip, and give the same benefits of a combined unit ?
  3. I currently use a mains conditioner strip and see it has a parasitic loss of 30W continuous. What is actually happening? Many thanks
