For myself I'll have to go with:
Promotion: Stardom. I've only watched a bit of TJPW otherwise, but all around Stardom has been probably my favourite promotion over the last couple years now.
Wrestler: Utami Hayashishita. The red queen needs her red belt back.
Maki Itoh is rad because she’s cute and rude; Miu Watanabe is rad because she does a double-Claudio swing. I believe both are in TJPW.
I don't watch religiously, I mostly check in on Stardom, TJPW, and ChocoPro when I can. AZM is a standout for me in Stardom, I think she's got proper star power.
TJPW is definitely my fav though. Hard to even single someone out from there. Between Yuka, Miyu, Maki, Miu, Shoko, etc. Amazing promotion. Stardom is full of incredible workers, but I think TJPW is blessed with amazing characters on top of having great wrestlers.
That all being said, my overall fav is definitely Mei Suruga 🍎👺 She deserves such a bigger stage.
I definitely need to get more into TJPW. I love those same 5 you mentioned, Hyper Misao too (I won't count Mei since the goblin is everywhere), but I have a severe lack of knowledge about most of the others that I need to improve.
I'm still learning since it's hard to follow for me (both language barrier wise and just because I'm not caught up on names and personas), but through AEW my faves are definitely Shida, Yuka, and VENY (I just wish I could to see more of VENY since I've only seen various matches through Youtube). I do prefer TJPW but that's mostly because Wrestle Universe is more accessible. I check out Stardom on YT too but I don't know a lot about it yet. I want to get better at it though.
I lowkey wish AEW would bring back the Woman of Honour branding and use it for both AEW and international womens wrestlers as a weekly showcase. I loved when Maria was putting it together in the final days of pre Tony ROH. If you do it like the US/Japan women's tournament they did and have Japanese and English versions, it could be a good way to introduce US wrestlers to Japan and Japanese wrestlers to the US and it would be beneficial to everyone.
