A website who is describing Telegram as "longtime secure messenger"and places it above Element/Matrix in its ranking doesn't seem trustworthy at all even if the rest of the article would be 100% correct.
This is a major fuckup.
Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.

Completely agree. There is no proof at all that Telegram is secure. It’s also a closed platform. Currently it makes no money. But very soon I’m sure it will start serving Ads or premium features - all that server power and bandwidth isn’t free.
Yeah I agree, but most of the article is generally good.
Recommending removedu*e as an alternative to YouTube, recommending Telegram over other alternatives, or recommending Medium as an alternative to Blogger is terrible. It's been a long time since I've seen such a bad list....
Yeah, exactly. Was actually impressed such a "pro-privacy" site could miss the point so badly...
Ngl, that article is pretty bad. Recomends non-free software and services, leaving better alternatives out.
Yeah, I agree with you.
