A website who is describing Telegram as "longtime secure messenger"and places it above Element/Matrix in its ranking doesn't seem trustworthy at all even if the rest of the article would be 100% correct.

This is a major fuckup.

I would go for https://keepass.info/ . IMHO the best open-source password manager out there. Because of its prorietary parts I wouldn't trust Bitwarden.
