Is there a website that I can use for countdown timers without trackers/other privacy problems?

There are plenty of alternatives to a website.

You can mark your event on your calendar, with a pencil.

You can set it up on your smart phone.

Use your kitchen timer if you're boiling an egg.

Use an alarm to get up on time.

"Hey, Siri/OK Google, remind me at ."

Send yourself a scheduled email.

crontab -e

Running a website costs money. Why would someone offer you free service?

More importantly, use the right tool for the job.
