My parents and grandparents always had a copy of the Farmer's Almanac. I wonder how their recommendations will hold up with increasing climate change.

Not better sources, just additional ones that I consult: state cooperative extension services (US), The Spruce, gardeningknowhow.com, and a few YouTubers.

It would be really interesting to know how much has changed. It might help out climate change into a more relatable perspective. I think people hear “2 degrees C” and think “how could that end the world?”

I’m supposed to be planting a bunch of perennials right now. They have been sitting in their same containers from the store because I’m too depressed to plant them.

And yet they’re thriving. There’s a lesson there somewhere.

Hey I thrive when I’m left alone too ;D

All the best to you.

Glad to hear it! I’m working on collecting some resources we can link in the sidebar so I wanted to throw this one out there and see if maybe there were better ones too. Open to all suggestions!

I'd say a hardiness zone map would be a good resource.
