I wish he had more screen time/Story time. Such an interesting character and his VA nailed the Performance.

Btw, that voice actor is the Oscar winning actor JK Simmons. You might know him from the Spider-Man movies as J Jonah Jameson or from Portal 2 as Cave Johnson.
