I wear the old style of Fast&Free so that I can put a small water bottle and gels in the pockets.

The hotty hots or speed up styles are great if you don't need to stash a lot of items.

They’re the best lol. Keep checking. They restock often. I like that they are not too short or long.

good to know!! 3” seems nice… my old go to shorts are 2.5 and I started lifting more and while I gained a butt I lost some shorts 😭

These are my absolute favourite, but we don’t get the high rise 3” in Australia anymore 😭😭

How do you find sizing in these? Am a 4 in hotty hots, speed ups (slightly snug but still comfy) and wondering what I’d be for these

My favorite are speed ups! I have a variety of low/mid/high rise 2.5” and 4” and I love all of them for running, including long runs of 10-14 miles!

The original Fast and Free 8” shorts are my favourite for running in the summer. I need pockets for my phone and keys, etc. Haven’t tried the new ones yet.

Fast & free 10” got me through training and running a half marathon but they’re discontinued 😭 might be on like new/resale though!

I hope they do the 8” again it’s so much more flattering on the people like me with a big bum haha

Yes—honestly, all of the running-specific shorts Lulu makes have worked well for me. I tend to gravitate to the fast and free biker style for races, but the hotty hot and track that are both nice (I like the 4” just to avoid chafing a bit more). I love the senseknit leggings, but I haven’t tried the shorts yet—thinking that might have to be my next purchase.

I like the 3 inch f&f shorts the best, have run 20 miles in them! I also ran a marathon in the HR 4” speed ups and also love those, but the f&f shorts are sooo nice for summer!

2.5” speed ups for me always, everyday. They are cute and have a back pocket big enough to hold an iPhone 15.

Which shorts can hold a phone? I have the bike short style fast and frees, looking for others.

Fast and free in a longer length. 2.5 will chafe around mile ten or so without fail.

Hotty hots 2.5” are my go-to. I’ve tried the speed ups too, but they don’t have as much give for me in the thighs.
