Can we move the comment count closer to the vote count? (mander.xyz)

I think both counts (vote and comment) are important for a quick check on community interest in a post and I often rely on both to filter content. The new version now places the two counts on the opposite ends, making it difficult to glean both info in one glance. Would it be possible to have an option to put the two counts close together?

I like the replies being close to my right hand while scrolling though. Swipe gestures covers the upvotes being a little further away.

I'm not suggesting to move the reply action (or for that matter the vote action) to make them more accessible, but instead to place vote and comment information closer on the UI for easier digestion. Sorry if this wasn't clear before.

Yes but if you're moving them for easier viewing you also effect accessibility so its relevant.

I don't think moving them closer affects accessibility, as long as there is no risk of fat-fingering. This is particularly true if swipe is used for voting.

Try right handed in Comment Customization on the latest beta. Doesn't make them closer but maybe it works better for you?

Thanks for the suggestion. That doesn't seem to affect the post list while browsing a community? For context, I'm on the official channel (android Google play store) but the version is showing as 1.0.96, not sure if it's different from the latest bera (pinned msg on this sub also shows 1.0.96)

Its up to 1.0.101 for beta, think the change was made in 98 or 99? It basically just switches the vote and the comment/save buttons

Thanks. I'm on latest beta now. Tried the handedness setting, it does seem to swap comment count vs vote count but doesn't help much in bringing them closer.
