Maybe block that person since they seem to be a bit spammy?

That person may be a bot, which may or may not be useful. If the headlines are useful, block the extra communities. If the bot is annoying, block the bot.
You'll have to block all of those subs and the poster. It's just bot spam anyways. And a weak attempt at cloning reddit.
