The hotel accepts any dirty, rude, aggressive customer. Many of these customers get extended stays and do a number on the room, varying from their kids coloring on the walls to leaving used needles in the bed. Not only are these customers often aggressive to other customers, they're aggressive to employees. I suspect Ramada is desperate for money. Naturally, bad pay for many of the employees.
