I have my homepage set as the Whoogle Search. I want to do the same for every new tabs but the only options are default and blank page. Is there any solution for this?

I believe you can use New Tab Override to set custom new tabs

Yeah, this used to be a setting, but malware/nagware would often change it, so now they require this to be tweaked via extension...
